Roman Sulzhyk is a head of the Investment Committee in Resist.UA and responsible for the overall management of the fund. Roman has over 20 years of experience in international capital markets. Roman has been an independent Supervisory Board member of PrivatBank, largest bank in Ukraine, from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, he worked as a trader in JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, in both New York and London. Since returning to Ukraine after Revolution of Dignity, Roman has co-founded some Ukrainian startups, including highly successful blockchain company Distributed Lab.
