Oleksii is a Partner and a member of the Investment Committee in Resist.UA. Oleksii leads fundraising, deal sourcing, government relations, and team assessment at Resist.UA. He also supports portfolio companies in leadership development, HR strategy, and organizational design.
Previously, Oleksii founded and served as Managing Partner of Odgers Ukraine (formerly Talent Advisors), growing it into one of the leading executive search and HR consulting firms in the country. He is also an active investor and a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Museum “Kyiv National Art Gallery.”
