ContactsPositioning: Resist.UA is a private equity fund aimed at intelligent investing in Ukrainian mil-tech companies during the war with russia. We combine the desire for the fastest possible victory and the development of the domestic mil-tech sector after the victory
Aim: to build a strong mil-tech sector in Ukraine using an unprecedented opportunity to test products on real battlefields of our war of independence, ensure the development of this important sector after the war and bring tangible profits to our investors within 1 - 2 years after the victory
Strategy: to acquire a diversified portfolio of nascent Ukrainian mil-tech companies, which develop technologies that are currently being used on the battlefield and have viability for further improvement and expansion
